DETAILED INFORMATION FOR RIDERS

Dear riders, 

Welcome to the XROSS Hard Enduro Rallye 2022, the second round of the FIM Hard Enduro World Championship.

Upon arrival at Zlatibor, you will need to come to the Race Office first to get your full accreditation incuding Paddock entry.

How to get to the Race Office - MAP

Race Office working hours: Tuesday, 17. May  8.30 AM - 22 PM

• Please, prepare your ID / Passport so we can confirm your identity
• Bring your valid race-license
• We will have to check your phone number and if some data is missing from the registration form.
• Please, read and sign the Xross disclaimer
• Please, hand us over your GPS devices so we can import the maps
• Please, prepare 30 EUR deposit for the tracker device (it will be returned to you on May 21st after the race)
• Please, regulate the rest of the registration fee if it is not covered fully previously
• You will collect your start package, bracelet, bike sticker and paddock sticker

*All riders are responsible for their personal insurance on the race. 
*PRO FIM riders will have a license check and signing of the FIM Disclaimer.

This number enables you to communicate with the Xross organization Team. We kindly ask you to use it only in emergency situations that require organizational or medical assistance. 

Training Loop

Riders who arrive earlier can go on a training ride on Tuesday. You can email us at info@xross.rs and our team will provide you with the gpx file that you have to upload to your GPS. If you go to the training loop, you will have to return your GPS device by 8 PM on Tuesday, 17th of May. 

Paddocks

• In the race office you will be given your paddock parking location. 
• Both paddocks will have security 24 hours. You and your team can only enter the paddock with the bracelets that you will receive in the Race Office on registration. 
• Paddock 1 will be open for the public from Wednesday until Saturday from 4 PM till 7 PM. 

GPS Devices

• After you hand over your GPS device on registration on Tuesday 17th of May, we will upload the map for Day 2 - Thursday 19th of May. 
• It is a rider’s obligation to pick up the GPS device in Paddock 1 from 6.30 AM to 7.15 AM, and to return it to Paddock 1 after the rider finishes the race.
• The maps will be deleted and new ones for the next racing day will be uploaded. 
• You will have to repeat this procedure on Day 3 - Friday 20th of May and Day 4 - Saturday 21st of May.
• Each GPS device will have a sticker on it according to the starting number of a rider. 
• It is rider’s obligation to take care of batteries and the chargers for GPS device. 

Trackers

A tracker is a device provided by the organizer, and each rider is obliged to use it. A tracker is not the same as a GPS device. While your GPS device helps you navigating and shows you the route, a tracker helps the organization to monitor your movement on the racetrack. With this device we ensure that you are on the right track, and also, we can locate you in case you get lost or stuck in some part of the mountain. 

• The GPS Tracker is a tool to monitor your race progress
• The GPS Tracker will be taken into consideration to define the daily results
• As a rider you must stay in a corridor space of 20 m left and right
• A rider must pick up the tracker in Paddock 1 from 6.30 AM to 7.15 and return it to Paddock 1 after the rider finishes the race.
• You will have to repeat this procedure on Day 2 - Thursday 19th of May, Day 3 - Friday 20th of May, and Day 4 - Saturday 21st of May.
• It is a rider’s obligation to take care of the tracker and make sure that they do not lose it during the race. 
• A rider needs to give a 30 EUR deposit for the tracker on the registration in the Race Office. The organizer will return this deposit on Day 4 - Saturday 21st of May after the race to riders who return their trackers. 
• If a rider loses the tracker, the organizer will keep the deposit. 
• Briefing

Briefing will be held in Congress Hall on:

Tuesday 17th of May - from 9 PM till 10 PM. 
Day 1 - Wednesday, 18th of May from 9 PM till 10 PM. 
Day 2 - Thursday, 19th of May from 9 PM till 10 PM 
Day 3 - Friday, 20th of May from 9 PM till 10 PM

Detailed information that you receive on briefing will be sent to your email address in a PDF file, after the briefing.

Day 1 - Wednesday, 18th of May  

7.30 AM - 9.00 AM - Administrative check and technical control for PRO FIM riders in Paddock 1.
9.15 - Prior to the Opening Ceremony, all riders should come to Paddock 1 where they will be given a national flag and they will go ride the Xross Parade to King’s Square. 
9.30 AM - 10 AM The Opening Ceremony at the King’s Square (https://goo.gl/maps/arn1hatmvfMKyjXP8). 
After the Opening Ceremony all riders will go to the Prologue (https://goo.gl/maps/9yFqZyVsUvVMDqg58) where they will have training and qualifications. 
You will get detailed information about your start at the Akrapovic Straight Rhythm after the training.
9 PM - 10 PM - Briefing at Congress Hall at Hotel Zlatibor Mountain Resort & Spa. 

Day 2 - Thursday, 19th of May 

6.30 AM to 7.15 AM -  Pick up tracker and GPS device in Paddock 1.
8 AM - Start of the race. On Day 2 riders will ride Tara mountain. 
4PM- End of the race, closing of all CP’s and the track. 
After crossing the finish line, riders need to come to Paddock 1 to return the GPS devices and trackers. 
9 PM - 10 PM - Briefing at Congress Hall at Hotel Zlatibor Mountain Resort & Spa. 

Day 3 - Friday, 20th of May 

6.30 AM to 7.15 AM -  Pick up tracker and GPS device in Paddock 1.
8 AM - Start of the race. On Day 3 riders will ride Mokra Gora mountain. 
4 PM - End of the race, closing of all CP’s and the track. 
After crossing the finish line, riders need to come to Paddock 1 to return the GPS devices and trackers. 
9 PM - 10 PM - Briefing at Congress Hall at Hotel Zlatibor Mountain Resort & Spa. 

Day 4 - Saturday, 21st of May

6.30 AM to 7.15 AM -  Pick up tracker and GPS device in Paddock 1.
8 AM - Start of the race. On Day 4 riders will ride Zlatibor mountain. 
4 PM - End of the race, closing of all CP’s and the track. 
After crossing the finish line, riders need to come to Paddock 1 to return the GPS devices and trackers. 
6 PM - 7 PM Official Prize Giving at King’s Square 
10 PM - Party at the Irish Pub
